J Street Companies has signed law firm Motley Rice LLC to a 2,009 square foot lease at 3333 K Street, NW in Washington, DC.  Motley Rice is one of the nation’s largest plaintiffs’ litigation firms.

J Street’s Geoff Kieffer and Glenn Sutton represented the landlord in the transaction and Studley’s John Gasque and Greg Scheipers represented Motley Rice LLC.
