J Street Companies recently represented the purchasers of 2214 Rhode Island Avenue, NE, a 2,800 square foot building in the re-emerging retail corridor of the Woodridge neighborhood of Washington, DC. The new owners will fully renovate and transform a two-story retail property into a 90-seat Mediterranean inspired restaurant. This new neighborhood gathering place will also offer an extensive and creative beverage program.   J Street’s Alex Green and Anastasia Kharchenko represented the purchasers.
