11/11/2008 - J Street Development Signs YWCA USA to Full Floor at 111 K Street, NE

For Immediate Release --Washington, D.C. –November 11, 2008 J Street Development, one of Washington’s most active developers, today announced the signing of a purchase agreement with the YWCA USA for approximately 9,400 square feet, which includes the entire 11th floor at 111 K Street, NE, in the “NoMa” (North of Massachusetts Avenue) area of downtown Washington, DC.  YWCA USA joins The Sierra Club and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrations (NASPA) at this unique, Class A office condominium project that will have a number of "green" and energy efficient elements.  Including the YWCA USA, 111 K Street is now 60% committed and under construction.
