    J Street Signs Six Lease Transactions at Tycon I/8320 Old Courthouse Rd. in Vienna, VA

    During the second half of the year, the J Street Companies leasing team of George Voris and Andy Wolf completed the following lease transactions totaling 17,258 square feet at Tycon I at 8320 Old Courthouse Road in Vienna, VA.

            MS Center of Greater Washington renewal for 3,750 square feet
            Dr. Si-Woon Park renewal and expansion for a total of 4,156 square feet
            Tysons Corner Diagnostic Imaging expansion from 6,165 to 8,220 square feet
            Dr. William Sawchuk and Dr. Gayle Masri-Fridling renewal for 3,864 square feet
            Seneca lease for 3,114 square feet
            Tosa Group lease for 1,319 square feet  

    Tycon One is a 90,000 square foot, five-story office building built in 1978. During the past year, the building has undergone significant capital improvements including a new roof, new state of the art HVAC, exterior courtyard/plaza site improvements and interior finish upgrades. Located in the southeast quadrant of Tysons Corner with free parking and access to the new Silver Line Metro via Fairfax County bus connector system, office suites for 1,500 to 10,000 square feet remain available for lease.
