For Immediate Release-- Washington, DC- -July 14, 2009- Woodmark, an affiliate of The J Street Companies, today announced that the Soap and Detergent Association will move its office to approximately 9,700 square feet at 1331 L Street, NW for the next ten years beginning in August 2009.  They were previously located at 1500 K Street, NW. 

Woodmark Principal, Geoffrey Kieffer, commented, “1331 L Street provided a comprehensive solution to our client in terms of quality office space, with conferencing facilities, addressing the varied needs of the organization.”

The Soap and Detergent Association is a non-profit trade association representing manufacturers of household, industrial, and institutional cleaning products, their ingredients and finished packaging; oleochemical producers; and chemical distributors to the cleaning product industry.

Mark Richardson and Jackie Raff of Transwestern represented the Landlord.  Geoff Kieffer and Jennifer Kurz of Woodmark Commercial Services represented the Soap and Detergent Association.
