Anastasia Kharchenko is a Vice President with J Street's Retail Services division. Anastasia works as both Tenant and Landlord Representative. On the Landlord Representation side, Anasta
sia leases or sells the retail components of the urban office and residential properties, mixed-use projects and historic buildings. Preliminary project consulting and design is part of the landlord representation services that Anastasia provides. She has an extensive background in site analysis, master-planning advisory services, initial project design and space planning and architecture. She is engaged by the developers and property owners on the initial project stages to work alongside project teams to prepare a thorough site analysis and generate the necessary market studies and design recommendations. Preliminary discussions and solicitations of the letters of interest and well as project pre-leasing are the integral part of the Landlord Representation Services.
Anastasia works with the local developers as well as with the national and international institutional clients. Over the last few years she represented in numerous transactions Boston Properties, AvalonBay, Pritzker Residential, Prudential Real Estate, Holladay Corporation and many others.
On the Tenant Representation side, Anastasia represents both national and regional clients, quick-casual and full-service restaurants, home fashion and soft goods and apparel companies. Her tenant representation list includes Au Bon Pain, Cafesano Mediterranean Grill, Wasabi Sushi, Fogo De Chao, Restaurants-America Group (Bar Louie), The Daily Grill, Rhodeside Grill; New Balance, G-Star, Vesta Home, Anora Home, The Sliding Door Company, Lacrosse Unlimited, Coup de Foudre Lingerie and many other specialty retailers in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Anastasia is originally from St. Petersburg Russia and moved to the Washington, DC area in 1991.
