Vice President Colleen Scott oversees development projects from feasibility review to final occupancy. Colleen specializes in Construction Administration and manages the entire spectrum of this process, from loan draw preparation and pro forma review to purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent and lease reviews, change order reviews and construction document review – on time and within budget. She has drawn on her experience as a third party project manager and is also working with owners and tenants beyond the J Street development and property portfolio. Throughout her career, Colleen has been involved in the development and construction of more than two million square feet of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties.

Colleen is a member of the DC Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and serves on the Community Action Committee.  She is also a member of the DC Building Industry Association (DCBIA).  Colleen graduated with Honors from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Art and Architectural History.
