Edwin Beanblossom is one of the original founders of Woodmark. In 1995, he and Stan Ferenc formed Woodmark Real Estate Services, Inc., the property management division of the organization. Ed is currently Co-Chair of The J Street Companies and heads the property management division, responsible for a team of over thirty-five employees devoted to providing Woodmark clients with excellent management services.

Mr. Beanblossom brings over 40 years of diverse property management skills to Woodmark. His experience includes multi-family, retail, condominium and commercial management. In 1998, a decision was made to add commercial leasing and sales to the property management division of Woodmark. Mr. Beanblossom was instrumental in recruiting Geoff Kieffer and Alex Green to form Woodmark Commercial Services, LLC, making Woodmark a full service real estate firm.

Prior to founding Woodmark, Mr. Beanblossom was Regional Vice President of PREMISYS, the Prudential Insurance Company's property management division. At PREMISYS he was responsible for commercial properties totaling over 11,000,000 square feet. Before joining Prudential he was the East Coast Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker.  Ed graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Duke University.  He is associated with the AOBA and is a Georgetown BID original Board Member
