Geoff Kieffer joined Woodmark in 1998 to launch the firm’s leasing services group. His primary

focus is tenant representation, landlord representation, and asset optimization services for major institutional clients.
Mr. Kieffer is an expert negotiator with in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace. He specializes in analyzing assets from the perspective of an owner and developing innovative strategies for increasing property values. His unique background blends management understanding with a comprehensive knowledge of office building systems and their impact on tenant requirements. Mr. Kieffer has consistently ranked among the top 10 leasing producers in the downtown Washington, D.C., market. Throughout his distinguished career, he has represented high-profile clients in cumulative transactions totaling more than four million square feet.
Prior to joining Woodmark, Mr. Kieffer was with CB Richard Ellis for thirteen years, where he was a top producer specializing in the downtown Washington, D.C., office market. His prior experience also includes computer system sales and management with Control Data Corporation. Geoff is an active member of the Washington, D.C. Building Industry Association (DCBIA) and the Greater Washington, D.C. Association of Realtors (GWCAR). Additionally, Geoff was the former Co-chair of the Programs Committee and is the current Co-Chairman of the Development Issues and Information Committee. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a BBA in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate and subsequently earned his MBA in Finance.
