Mark Witschorik joined Randall Hagner’s commercial division -- now Woodmark -- after graduating 
from the University of Notre Dame in May of 2005. He began his career in real estate while working for Mid-Am Development in the Chicago Metro-area.
At Woodmark, Mark specializes in retail tenant representation, specifically national pharmacy and bank work. He has been developing relationships with concepts such as Dave & Buster’s, Jenny Craig, Champps Americana, Dunkin’ Brands, and Big Lots. Additionally, he has been cultivating landlord work with several regional developers. Thus far Mark has closed more than $75,000,000 in retail transactions.
Mark also focuses on identifying investment opportunities and is currently working on a sale-leaseback in Northern Virginia valued at over $30,000,000. He is also representing a developer to purchase a portfolio of development properties assessed at more than $31,000,000 in Arlington and Falls Church, Virginia. This portfolio holds the potential to build more than half a million square feet in mixed use projects.
