Stan Ferenc is one of the original founders of Woodmark. In 1995, he and Edwin Beanblossom formed Woodmark Real Estate Services, Inc. Stan is the Executive Vice President of that organization and the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Broker of the Woodmark Companies.

Prior to forming Woodmark Real Estate Services, Inc., Stan was Senior Vice President of the Hall Financial Group. There he handled acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties. While at Hall, he developed the financial accounting and management information systems for a network of systems in five regions throughout the United States.

Stan holds broker licenses in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, the Metro TX Association of Realtors and the Apartment Association of Dallas and Houston among others.

Stan completed Real Estate Analysis Studies at The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA Finance at Wayne State University.
