Stan Ferenc is one of the founders of J Street Companies and is a Principal and the CFO of the J Street Companies. In 1995, he and Edwin Beanblossom formed Woodmark Real Estate Services, Inc., later to be merged with J Street.

Prior to forming Woodmark, Stan was Senior Vice President of the Hall Financial Group. There he handled acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties. While at Hall, he developed the financial accounting and management information systems for a network of systems in five regions throughout the United States.

Stan holds broker licenses in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland andTexas. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, the Metro TX Association of Realtors and the Apartment Association of Dallas and Houston among others.

Stan completed Real Estate Analysis Studies at The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA Finance at Wayne State University.
