Tom McHugh

Tom McHugh is a Senior Vice President of Woodmark and a member of the company’s Executive Committee.  Mr. McHugh plays an active production role providing real estate advisory and brokerage services to public and private sector clients.

Mr. McHugh’s professional experience includes commercial real estate local, national and international transaction management, asset management and strategic planning.  He entered the real estate business in 1989 with DC based Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster.   He moved on to Faison & Associates in 1996.  Faison was acquired by Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 1998.  After 8 years with TCC, Mr. McHugh joined CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) following their acquisition of TCC in December 2006.   

Tom serves as the President of the Washington Inner City Lacrosse Foundation (WINNERS Lacrosse) and is the founder and a current board member of the Alexandria Lacrosse Club.  Additionally, Tom is a member of the executive commitee of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Ball.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the School of Government & Business Administration at George Washington University.
